Staycation at Sentosa with kids ages 9 and 11

The complimentary snacks on the mini fridge was a nice touch especially the welcome ice cream treat during our check in. Close proximity to USS and has a little shopping center nearby. The team on the concierge, reception and buffet area of Hotel Ora were welcoming and kind.

The Netflix and Disney plus on the television wasn’t working during our two night stay.

Best location for sentosa attractions

Great location, easy access to nearby attractions. Room is spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast buffet is ok.

The towels are overused with dark spots on it making it look dirty.

Will definitely recommend a staycation here!

Enjoyable stay with the 3D2N package including USS and SEA aquarium. Service was very good and we enjoyed the cocktail night on Friday and free workshop on Saturday

A fantastic few days!

Fantastic location and easy walk to Universal Studios which is what we stayed for. The breakfast was delicious with loads of options and all the staff were super helpful. The room was incredible with very comfortable beds and big TVs with Netflix which was a nice surprise. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would definitely stay again!

Excellent Services

Responsive and accondating front desk and restaurant staff. High standards of cleanliness of the hotel premises and staff training is evident in our stays. Every level has hot and cold water and ice cube dispensers. Generous with complimentary cakes, balloons, chocolates, card for birthday surprises. Cones with balcony and ceiling fan, important for our family to ventilate the bedroom in the day.

Single bed is a tad smaller than what we usually have in our vacation buy it's alright for me. Customer service staff could reduce the number of times on requests for good reviews on services. Eg. I received these reminders at almost at all the occasions I interacted with a particular staff.

It’s a decent family hotel, but I’d not choose it for a special occasion

The location on Sentosa makes it easy to access the attractions on the island Good bathroom Big pool is good for families Staff is absolutely fantastic

No dining options except breakfast room There’s a snack/ sandwich fridge in the foyer Bed was hard to my liking No carpet in the room so it loses that luxe feeling Bedside tables are lower than bed The breakfast room had a cafeteria feel Nowhere to charge phone if you’ve checked out Staff has to charge it

You can get whatever you want with 5 mins walking, very close to the main attractions

No smoking designated areas except small one 2 m2 in the front parking of the building
